Arnica reduces seburn production and is therefore suitable for problematic teenage skin. What is Arnica & how does it work? Several species of Arnica contain an anti-inflammatory compound. This is thought to relieve pain, aches, and bruising. Directions: Gently run into the skin several times a day as needed. For people with leg ulcers, apply only to the edges of the wound.
